Japan is experiencing a significant increase in COVID-19 cases. As every part of the world makes efforts to control the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), We are committed to helping you navigate these challenging times. We understand that local governments in your area may be restricting you to travel in order to help contain COVID-19. As we have all seen, this government guidance is frequently changing and as such we encourage you to monitor government mandates closely and, if needed you may modify your reservation in a later time or you have an option to cancel your bookings accordingly.

For all our guests, we do advise you to check if your Booking engine sites still covers the Force Majeure policy on cancellations. By now, we can expect mutual customers are aware of the risks of further COVID-19 spread – and, as such, the risks they`re taking when making reservations.

If you wish to proceed with your current reservations please let us know as soon as possible and for those who wish to cancel their reservation, kindly check the Final Date of your cancellation.

(Example : If you are scheduled to arrive on April 11, your final cancellation date is April 7th and this does not include your arrival date)
