Can you hold my luggage BEFORE check-in time?

Yes. Should you arrive in town earlier than expected, our reception opens at 10 AM, you are more than welcome to stop by our hostel. We offer the convenience of leaving your luggage and signing the check-in forms in advance. This allows you to freely explore and enjoy your day without the worry of rushing back.

Can you store my luggage AFTER check-out?

No. After check-out, our property does not offer Luggage Storage service, we highly recommend utilizing the coin lockers available at Fujisan Station, Shimoyoshida Station, and Kawaguchiko Station for temporary storage of your belongings. Please note that our lockers are exclusively reserved for guests currently staying at our property.

Can I check in after the reception has closed?

No. Our Reception and check-in time finishes at 20:00H (8 PM). As our staffing is not 24-hour, we are unable to accept late check-ins. Failure to arrive within the stipulated check-in hours will result in your reservation being canceled and treated as a no-show, according to our property policy.

Is there a charge for bath towels, shampoo, etc.？

Free shampoo/rinse and body soap are provided in all bathrooms. Bath towels can be rented from reception for 100 yen. Toothbrushes & other toiletries can be purchased for 50 yen each.

Do you have a child rate?
No, we do not have children rates. Children under 16 years old are not allowed

Do you accept credit cards as a mode of payment?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards.

Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?

Yes. A 7-Eleven convenience store is near Gekkouji Station and is open 24 hours. Selva Supermarket is located less than 10 minutes away from the Hostel.

Do I need to bring my YHA card?

We are not a member of the Youth Hostel Association. We are an independent hostel and we do not honor YHA cards.

Can you see Mt. Fuji from the Hostel?

Yes, you can also see Mt.Fuji from the Balcony and the front window/hallway.

Access to Mt.Fuji 5th station from the hostel?

Yes, you can get to Fuji Subaru 5th Station by bus from Fujisan and Kawaguchiko Station. (From July 1st to September 10th) Check the link below for more information.

Do you know about the mountain huts on Mt. Fuji? When do they open?
