Can you keep my luggage before check-in time?
Yes. We can keep your luggage during reception hours:( 10:00 AM-2:00 PM).

Do you provide linens?
Yes. It is included in your room charge.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept

Do you provide towels or toiletries?
We have a few items but we recommend you bring your own. We do have towel rental (100 yen) available at the front desk.

Do you have a child rate?
No, we do not have children rates. Children under 16 years old are not allowed

Can I leave my luggage after check out?
Yes. We can keep them in the storage room only from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. (Free)

Is there any onsen or supermarket near the hostel?
Yes, there is  Great onsens about 5 to 10 minutes by Taxi from our Hostel. You can take a 5-minute walk to the supermarket.

Do I need to bring my YHA card?
No, you do not. We are not a member of the youth hostel association. We are an independent hostel.

Is it possible to see Mt.Fuji from the hostel?
Yes, you can see Mt.Fuji from the Patio and the front lounge areas.

Access to Mt.Fuji 5th station from the hostel?
Yes, you can get to Mt.Fuji 5th station by bus from Fuji-San station.(From July 1st to September 15th)
Yes, you can get to Mt.Fuji 5th station by bus from Kawaguchiko station. (From mid. April to early November)
